Gardenia Park is a prestigious residential compound that is fully developed by Intours, comprising 250 villas spread over a hundred acres of land in the 6th of October City, Egypt.

Intours owns 550 acres of prime land on the Cairo-Alexandria desert road. The area is currently cultivated by olive palm trees and partly utilized as a nursery for plants and trees with self-sufficiency in irrigation water. It is envisaged to develop it in the near future into a more upscale touristic/residential, entertainment facility, considering the successes met with similar developments in the area.

The Taba Heights development project was planned by one of the world's most renowned resort designers along the golden coast of the Red Sea Riviera. It consists of several four and five star hotels, condominiums, a town center, a golf course, a conference center, and a first class casino. Health clubs, a marina, tennis and squash courts are among some of the other sporting/entertainment facilities, which will also be available. Taba Heights occupies one thousand acres of land with 3.5 km of sea frontage and is located 16 kilometers south of Taba, South Sinai, Egypt. Intours is a major founding shareholder of the project.

Taba Resorts, established in 1997, is a hotel development company in the Taba area, of which Intours is the controlling shareholder. Taba Marriott is its first project. Consisting of 400 deluxe rooms and suites over an area of approximately 150000-sqm with a 400-m beachfront, the hotel offers a unique standard of service and a memorable vacation.
Zamalek Floating Hotel
This project a 4-5 stars 100 rooms hotel located on a floating deck on the Nile in front of the famous Gezira sporting Club in Zamalek. The hotel is planned to be the first of its kind in Cairo, thus giving it a unique personality and also the opportunity of a luxurious hotel within the most upscale residential area in Cairo. Intours is the controlling shareholder of the project.

This project involves the development of a new, extremely well-planned mini-city covering 8000 acres of land south of Hurghada, Red sea. The project will be developed on phases and shall ultimately include several 4-5 stars hotels, several sea side Mediterranean - style villages, a marina, a landing strip, villas and condominiums areas and a golf course. Staff housing, education, health care facilities and commercial services shall also be provided. The project shall own and operate its own water desalination, wastewater treatment and power generating facilities. Intours is a founding shareholder of the project and a member of its executive committee and board.
Commercial International Real Estate Development Co. "CIRD"
Intours is a founding shareholder of this company involved in the development of a series of state the art intelligent office buildings in Cairo. The first of this series is an office complex overlooking the Nile in Embaba area, north Giza, currently under bidding and expected to be occupied by year 2004.

Intours is a founding member in a company that owns and operates a series of indoors fashionable family entertainment centers that is expected to serve all Egypt's major urban communities. The first of these centers is located at ARKADIA Mall overlooking the Nile at Boulak, Cairo. It features a variety of games for a wide range of age brackets, a 3-D Cinema/theater, and several restaurants.

Intours is a member of an International/Egyptian Consortium that was awarded this BOT project to build and operate several water treatment plants, pump stations and 110 km water pipe line to serve the Tenth of Ramadan City, Al Obour City, Al Shourouk City then the new 20000 acres, Industrial Zone at the northern part of the Gulf of Suez. These services will last for some 30 years after which all project components will be handed over to the Egyptian Government.
